Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality team and ensure that our products meet regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the quality team and ensure that all products meet regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement quality systems to meet regulatory requirements
  • Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and oversee validation plans for equipment and systems
  • Lead the quality team and provide training where possible
  • Evaluate batch records and coordinate and control all activities of the Quality Assurance Department
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of TGA and GMP regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
