Manufacturing Production Specialist

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining die-cutting equipment to produce high-quality goods for leading brands in the FMCG, Retail, and Fresh Produce sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently set up and change over dies on die-cutting equipment to meet production requirements.
- Ensure proper alignment, tension, and setup of dies for accurate and precise cutting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to die setup and machine calibration.
- Conduct quality checks on die-cut samples to verify conformance to specifications and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality standards and minimize waste.

Requirements- A good working knowledge of Benders/Cutters and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
