IT Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Service Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preliminary analysis of IT service requests and incidents, and manage responses within pre-established service level agreements.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to members of the organization at various hierarchical levels.
  • Administer the procurement, recording, and configuration of asset and hardware inventory in accordance with global standards.
  • Ensure the proper configuration and maintenance of security controls on all endpoints.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an environment with a geographically distributed workforce.
  • Proficient in ITIL, Okta Identity Provider (IdP), and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in managing MacOS, Windows, and Google ChromeOS workstations.
  • Familiar with Software as a Service (SaaS) environments and associated infrastructure.
  • Experience in supporting video-conferencing and audio-visual systems.
