Position Overview

As a Night Audit Manager, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

  • Overseeing nightly operations from 11 PM to 7 AM, with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Conducting daily financial balancing and reconciliation as part of the night audit process.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Ensuring adherence to procedures regarding cash and credit transactions, as well as maintaining accurate accounting records.
  • Assisting guests with luggage and fulfilling other concierge-related tasks as necessary.
  • Proactively resolving any issues or complaints raised by guests.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a hotel front office environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining aware of your surroundings.
  • A confident demeanor with the ability to engage with guests and initiate conversations.
  • Proficient computer skills; experience with Opera is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
