Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Investment Manager to join our team in North Sydney/Melbourne Southbank. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.

Responsibilities
  • Livesthe Mindshare values every day while possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.
  • Possesses a strong commitment to creating a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture with the ability to contribute POV's and follow leadership directives.
  • Works collaboratively with client teams across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process ensuring timely delivery of work.
  • Communicates confidently and effectively on all matters with clear articulation holding both excellent written and spoken capabilities when communicating internally and externally.
  • Conducts personal brand within the Mindshare Professional Etiquette guidelines.
  • Demonstrates knowledge, understanding, and application of the Mindshare Process and roles and responsibilities at each stage.
  • Obtains necessary certifications for required platforms.
  • Provides accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of clients and their categories while responding to requests in a timely manner, consistently managing expectations.
  • Develops trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of product suites and formulate opinions on the media landscape.
  • Ensures financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints including pro-formas, MBA's, bookings, and loadings with an aim for zero account queries.
