We are seeking a Location Manager to join our team in Pennant Hills on a full-time basis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and lead staff by creating a workplace where people feel valued, challenged and proud.
- Manage operations including finances, marketing, people management, assets, and facilities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service levels while achieving profit objectives.
- Sensitivity to circumstances involving grieving people and their values.
- Ability to be customer focused and communicate effectively with the public.
- Empathy to interpret client needs and communicate options clearly.
