About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Assistant who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our Dulux Trade Centre in our Launceston, Tas store. If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and a passion for people then this role is for you.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with depot/agencies, ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained, and accurately mixing and tinting paint.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • Cash handling / EFTPOS
  • Accurately mix and tint paint

Requirements
  • You're confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients
  • You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store at times
  • Retail Trade Sales experience would be preferred however we are willing to provide on the job training on paint products, application and hardware
