Customer Experience Specialist Role
">We are seeking a dedicated and experienced customer service expert to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer experience standards are upheld, with each and every customer receiving an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries as appropriate and ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Assisting and supporting customers in the dealership, ensuring they are attended to and have a seamless experience,
- Maintaining clean and tidy areas and presenting them to an impeccable standard
- Working collaboratively to ensure coverage across the building
- Adhering to company policies and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
About You
- Previous experience in a professional customer-facing environment highly preferred
- Excellent presentation skills at all times
- Highly developed customer service skills, including in-person and via phone
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to work consistently on Saturday's
