Aboriginal Health Service Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Aboriginal Health Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide culturally sensitive health services to Aboriginal clients and the community, working towards better health outcomes and improved access to healthcare.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Aboriginal health issues and cultural practices is essential.

  • Provide holistic and flexible health services to Aboriginal clients and the community.
  • Work collaboratively with other health professionals and community groups to achieve better health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop personalized care plans.
  2. Deliver high-quality health education and support to clients and their families.
  3. Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholder groups to enhance service delivery.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to service development.
