Strategic People Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic People Systems Manager to lead our team as we continue to drive global growth and achieve business objectives.

This is a strategic role that will see you partner with functional leaders to deliver system functionality and execute enhancements that drive business performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our HRIS and Payroll systems to support team performance and achieve business outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong technical skills and experience in Vendor Management, Team Leadership, and development. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate complex information to stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership with functional leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Manage HRIS and Payroll systems to support team performance
  • Deliver system functionality and execute enhancements
  • Proven experience in Vendor Management, Team Leadership, and development
