Overview

Cotton On Group is hiring a People Partnering Manager - Distribution & Functions. The Role

You'll be the trusted partner to leaders across Finance, IT, Legal, and our Distribution teams helping shape strategy, build capability, and create a workplace where people thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Build genuine, strategic partnerships with leaders to turn big picture goals into people-first outcomes
  • Lead with curiosity to design smart workforce plans, close capability gaps, and future-proof our teams
  • Be a voice of optimism and care through change, advising on transformation, engagement, and culture
  • Help high-performing people grow, move, and thrive through development, feedback, and clear career paths
  • Bring energy to the everyday, ensuring our people processes are smooth, compliant, and continuously improving
Qualifications and Experience
  • A background in HR with solid experience partnering with leaders in dynamic, multi-layered organisations; experience in retail is a bonus
  • Experience supporting both corporate teams and frontline operations; ability to flex between strategy and hands-on delivery
  • Commercial smarts with the ability to align people initiatives to business impact
  • Skilled in building trusted partnerships at all levels, with clear communication and genuine care
  • Confident navigating employee relations, workforce planning, and change while staying compliant and calm under pressure
