Culinary Expert

We are seeking an experienced culinary expert to join our Catering Team on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant will provide a nutritious, appetizing, and varied menu for residents that enhance their quality of life.

  • Manage all aspects of the kitchen section, including training, leading, and inspiring the Kitchen team to ensure a highly skilled, well-organized, and motivated team.
  • Ensure food safety standards, preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques are established, monitored, and maintained to meet current Food Concept guidelines.
  • Delivery of food is executed in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience as a Cook/Chef in a residential aged care setting, hold and maintain NDIS Workers Check (or willing to obtain), completed Food Safety Supervisor Course, and excellent communication skills (written, verbal & interpersonal).
