**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced stakeholder relations professional to join our team as an Associate Director. This critical role will contribute to policy, strategy, government and stakeholder relations.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned external relations expert with a proven track record in managing relations with government and civil society organisations. They will have a detailed understanding of the global environment and be able to leverage their experience in policy-making processes and external stakeholder engagement to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Build and enhance trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide strategic advice to investment teams and other business units
  • Contribute to protecting and enhancing our organisation's reputation

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven track record in stakeholder relations and government engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Detailed knowledge of the global environment and policy-making processes
