**Care Worker Role**

We are seeking dedicated Care Workers to join our team in Cairns. This hands-on role involves providing essential support to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities in group homes, respite care, in-home support, community activities, and lifestyle & leisure programs.

This is a varied role that requires flexibility, patience, and understanding. You will be working closely with clients and their families to provide individualized support and promote independence.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current driver's license
  • A reliable vehicle (required for community support)
  • A willingness to engage in training & development
  • A Blue Card (Working with Children)
  • NDIS Worker's Clearance (Yellow Card)
