About the Role

We are seeking a Culinary Support Assistant to join our team at our Nelson Bay site. This role is key to our food outlets and catering operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cleaning soiled crockery and equipment

• Clearing tables

• Maintaining work areas

Working Conditions:

This position requires flexibility to work most Friday and Saturday nights, as well as various breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts during the week. Seasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday, and school holiday periods, and availability during these times is essential.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who can work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Previous experience in a similar position or in fast-paced environments is desirable. A good work ethic and teamwork skills are essential in this role.
