Our resort has a variety of dining and food offerings across the property, including The Galley Kitchen, Moby's Bar and Poolside Bar. We are seeking a casual kitchen hand to join our back of house operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning of all soiled crockery, cutlery and equipment
  • Cleaning of work areas
  • Assisting with the set-up of service
  • Sweeping and cleaning floors
  • Ensuring appropriate disposal of waste
  • Assisting with basic food preparation
Requirements

We are looking for someone who can work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, along with basic food preparation and knife skills. A good work ethic and team player attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
