ICT Service Management Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of management and leadership skills in an ICT environment for a large, complex service delivery organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a current knowledge of the ICT Service catalogue as delivered by the Delivery Services Branch and the role of the Digital Partnership Team in delivering those services.
  • Ensure consistency in the designated eHealth Queensland IT service management processes relevant to their roles.
  • Manage eHealth Queensland assets within the Digital Partnership Team by overseeing the asset creation, recovery and write off processes.
  • Drive a culture of continual service improvement by ensuring work practices/processes are developed, reviewed and standardised across Digital Partnership Teams where appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High level management and leadership skills in an ICT environment for a large, complex service delivery organisation.
  • Ability to develop and implement plans, strategies, policies and procedures for the provision of ICT services that meet customer needs.
  • High level experience in managing the delivery of ICT services and support.
  • Interpersonal, communication, negotiations and consultations skills.
  • Financial management and stewardship of IT assets and resources used in the Provision of IT Services.
