Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our Partner Growth team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving proactive engagement with our merchant partners, executing sales activities aligned with our growth objectives, and managing client queries to build strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our merchant partners to drive business growth and expansion.
- Execute sales activities, including proactive engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
- Liaise with the team to deliver targeted campaign outcomes and achieve sales objectives.
- Manage client queries and concerns related to Humm products and services.
- Identify opportunities to grow our market share and expand business opportunities within our partner base.
- Prepare and distribute partner reports across various cadences.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A track record of phone-based roles, with a strong focus on customer engagement.
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft suite.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on account management.
- A service-oriented ethos and excellent customer engagement skills.
- Experience dealing with financial products, such as buy-now-pay-later and long-term interest-free products, is a plus.
