
Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and providing tailored solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide world-class customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media
- Resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, retail, trade, hospitality or FMCG industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex systems and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems, preferably SAP and Salesforce
