We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Project Support Officer.
This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects within a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, timelines, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide project support, including research, data collection, document control, and management.
- Manage internal and external correspondence related to the project.
- Coordinate meetings, book travel, and provide general administrative support.
- Maintain project records and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Skill & Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Business Administration (or higher), or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing or the Defence industry highly regarded. Event management experience is also an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
About This Opportunity:
