About the Role
- Provide administrative support at an executive level, drafting reports and correspondence for stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities according to relevant regulations, policies, procedures, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee clinical and assessment requirements.
- Identify and assign key issues for discussion to keep stakeholders informed.
- Advise on operational policies and procedures to inform decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain records and correspondence in compliance with legal guidelines.
- Report data and information accurately to various external and internal bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support including report writing and correspondence.
- Secretariat support for committees.
- Maintaining accurate records of trainee progress.
- Identifying and assigning key issues for discussion.
- Providing advice on operational policies and procedures.
- Preparing and maintaining records and correspondence.
- Accurately reporting data and information.
Requirements:
- Excellent administration skills particularly in an executive role.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
- Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
