Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Retail Security Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

The successful candidate will act as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behavior, monitor CCTV and security systems, respond to incidents calmly and professionally, and support loss prevention strategies and investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with store teams to manage crowd control and enforce policies
  2. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a security presence
  3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures
  4. Support the achievement of the store's shrinkage financial imperatives and strategic objectives
Brand Ambassador Duties:
  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, offering assistance and directing them to appropriate team members
  • Represent the Coach brand with poise, professionalism, and product knowledge
  • Support crowd control during peak periods and promotional events
  • Assist with loss prevention strategies and maintain a visible presence on the sales floor
Requirements:
  • Hold a current Security License and First-aid Certificate
  • Experience relative to loss prevention, security and customer service is advantageous
  • Certificate II in Security Operations
  • Enjoy a rotational roster for work-life balance ( 34.5 hrs/wk and 26.5 hrs/wk)
