About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Development Lead to join our team at ZARA. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead the development of our store teams, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary
  • Manage, motivate, and develop your team in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Drive sales and achieve KPIs for your department.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department.
  • Manage and support the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor replenishment at all times.
  • Conduct store briefings and prepare store updates to ensure awareness of day-to-day priorities and operations of the store.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for leading teams to success.
  • Confident and clear communication skills.
  • Experience supervising a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire professional growth and inspire same for team members.
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to set roster including mix of weekdays & weekends.
