About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Employment Engagement Specialist to join our team at MADEC Australia. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a critical role in empowering individuals and making a positive impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry partners to promote sustainable employment opportunities and support the growth of our community.
  • Design and deliver training programs that equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the workforce.
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals to help them achieve their employment goals and overcome barriers to employment.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in workforce development and employment services.

Requirements:
