About You

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled nurse who meets the following key requirements:

  • Qualifications: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practising certificate.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities, with a talent for working effectively within a multidisciplinary team and independently.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse, with demonstrated skills in supervising less experienced nurses.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Associate Nurse Unit Manager role, relevant healthcare legislation, and quality improvement systems within healthcare settings.

The salary for this role is around $100,343 - $107,279 per annum, plus superannuation and salary packaging. This is a permanent full-time position, offering flexible work arrangements and paid recreation leave for essential rejuvenation, with leave loading applied.
