Casual Bistro Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Casual Bistro Attendant to join our team at the Coniston Hotel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Handle money and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer interactions with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service
  2. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a seamless dining experience for customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and nights
  • NSW RSA certification required
