About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Trainer to join our team at General Motors. This is a key role in designing, developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our sales teams across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules and workshops, tailored to the needs of our sales operations.
  • Collaborate with GM Sales leadership to identify training needs and gaps, and develop strategic training plans.
  • Ensure training content aligns with General Motors brand values, sales strategies and cultural initiatives.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for sales teams across various locations.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, who can develop innovative and engaging training content. Experience in sales training within the automotive industry is highly desirable.

You will also need to have a strong background in sales and product training, as well as the ability to travel as needed to various training locations. A passion for promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture based on integrity and trust is essential.
