Seeking a dedicated and passionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Alice Springs. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our clinic.
As a Veterinary Receptionist, your primary duties will include:
- Managing incoming calls and client interactions in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting with patient admissions and ensuring seamless communication between clients and veterinary teams
- Booking appointments and managing practice software efficiently
- Processing payments and balancing tills accurately
- Supporting product sales and client education initiatives
- Stock management and ordering supplies as needed
- Data entry and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records
- Managing reminders and client correspondence via phone, email, or mail
- Maintaining cleanliness of front and consultation areas to provide a positive experience for clients and staff
