Chief Retail Operations Officer

We are seeking a strong and experienced retail leader to fill our Retail Operations Manager role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, creating and leading a culture of customer service, and driving business growth through strategic management and operational excellence.
- Leading a team of staff who manage multiple retail stores
- Developing and maintaining relationships with charitable recycling organisations
- Commercial lease negotiation and maintaining excellent relationships with landlords/real estate agents
- Managing small projects within the business; concurrently with normal duties
The successful candidate will be a people-focused individual with empathy for vulnerable members of the community, able to work autonomously and deal with a diverse and changing work agenda.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic and Business Planning
- Understanding of working with volunteers
- Monitoring and improving team outcomes; and in providing genuinely constructive feedback and coaching individual performance toward improvement
- Experience in opening new stores

We offer a competitive salary package, including salary packaging up to $15,900 and a permanent part-time/full-time role 0.6 – 1.0 FTE negotiable.
