Regional Occupational Therapist Casual Pool (AHP1/AHP2)

Join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as a Regional Occupational Therapist in our Casual Pool. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

About the Role

This casual role involves working across various locations within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Region, including Adelaide Hills, Southern Fleurieu, Barossa / Gawler and Kangaroo Island.

  • Salary: $34.49 - $42.10 per hour + 25% casual loading - AHP1; $44.45 - $51.49 per hour + 25% casual loading - AHP2

The successful applicant will work under the direct supervision of a senior professional or reduced clinical direction, contributing to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive health services. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, you will utilise preventative, early intervention, treatment/therapy, and evaluation approaches to meet the needs of the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering occupational therapy services to clients across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Region.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Utilising evidence-based practices and principles to inform service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Eligibility for practicing membership of Occupational Therapy Australia.
  • Current Registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering occupational therapy services in a regional setting.
