We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented customer service professional to work with us part-time.

Job Description:
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience

Our ideal candidate has high-level customer service and data entry skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask accurately. They should be able to stay updated with current class schedules across Gymnastics and Aquatic programs, and provide information on our products and services to customers.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
  • Knowledge of the sport and recreational industry is advantageous
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask accurately
  • Reception/administration experience essential
  • Food handling and café experience (desirable)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Quick learner about our classes
  • Full Australian work rights
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certification
