Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Project Associate to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical study team, collaborating with site staff to ensure clinical trials are run according to protocol, and ensuring studies are compliant with international regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience in Life Sciences and good command of English are also essential.

As a Senior Clinical Project Associate, you will have the opportunity to experience the full lifecycle of a project and work in a partnership with a global pharmaceutical client.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing administrative support to the clinical study team
  • Collaborating with site staff to ensure clinical trials are run according to protocol
  • Ensuring studies are compliant with international regulations
  • Organizing meetings and managing non-drug related study supplies
  • Supporting the local submission process

Requirements:

  • A degree in a Life Science or relevant field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
