Key Responsibilities
  • Document and track activities: Utilize relevant forms and tools to record and monitor study progress.
  • Prepare study materials: Develop site-specific materials in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support Investigator Meetings: Coordinate meetings, track attendees, and maintain the trial master file.
  • Liaise with vendors: Coordinate supply shipments, prepare supplies, and assemble shipments for sites.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two to three years' administrative experience or equivalent training/experience.
  • Essential skills: Good oral and written communication, leadership within the CTA group, and strong organizational and time management skills.
