Inventory Support Officer Job Description

This role supports the efficient management of inventory and stock levels, ensuring that goods and services are properly received, stored, and dispatched.

  • Maintain accurate records, track inventory levels, and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Pack, consign, and keep comprehensive details of stores delivered throughout Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare purchase orders for goods and services and monitor receipt through to completion.
  • Manage, receive, and dispatch goods, tracking and maintaining stock levels and inventory.
  • Assist in maintaining storerooms and ensuring storage practices comply with Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Aptitude for working with computer systems and programs, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to pay attention to details.
