Job Description

The Administrative Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing service support and assistance to the Deputy Principal (Learning & Teaching) team.

This role involves supporting the efficient functioning of the Deputy Principal's office by making decisions in accordance with their specific wishes, thereby ensuring seamless operations.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Deputy Principal (Learning & Teaching).
  • Offer administrative assistance to the Director of Pedagogy and Curriculum Leaders.
  • Manage and maintain the Deputy Principal's diary/calendar, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Prioritize issues requiring the immediate attention of the Deputy Principal.
  • Assist in coordinating academic detentions and academic support processes, ensuring timely completion.
  • Support academic testing, including coordinating NAPLAN administration and analyzing results for improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to Semester Reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage College booklist administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in internal Examinations arrangements and preparation, guaranteeing smooth execution.
  • Prepare correspondence and manage correspondence and publications, maintaining a professional image.
  • Conduct or prepare research for the Deputy Principal as required, leveraging data for informed decision-making.
  • Develop presentations and other printed material as needed, showcasing expertise and professionalism.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas and act as Minute Secretary for selected team meetings, ensuring effective communication.
  • Support the Deputy Principal with arrangements for the Learning and Teaching Program and Curriculum-related matters, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Administer and manage resources for Learning and Teaching college events, promoting engagement and collaboration.
  • Manage administration requirements for curriculum and storage, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Administer requirements for Assessment and Reporting calendars, streamlining processes and reducing errors.

Maintain the highest professional standards in presenting an appropriate image of the Deputy Principals' offices, reflecting positively on the organization.
