We are seeking an experienced butcher to join our team at Rockpool Bar & Grill in Sydney. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in preparing and butchering premium meats to the highest standards.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a high-end or fine dining environment, with strong knowledge of different meat cuts, preparation techniques, and butchering tools. You will be passionate about high-quality produce and maintaining excellence in food preparation.

You will work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to meet daily production requirements, providing expert advice on meat cuts and quality to the team and customers. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
