Achieving Operational Excellence in Financial Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Administrator to support our accounting and project administration processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and producing high-quality reporting.

  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity
  • Process payroll and work orders efficiently
  • Create and manage purchase orders and client billing
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial administration including capital and recurrent accounting and book-keeping
  2. Accounts payable - Purchase Order creation/management
  3. Accounts Receivable - Client Billing
  4. Managing project subcontractor claim processing and retention release
  5. Completing supplier setups and general account maintenance
  6. Reconciling Vendor account and trouble shooting issues via SAP
  7. Providing general Finance administrative assistance and Completion of ad hoc project finance reports as required
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working in a similar role, ideally with a Degree in Finance
  • Proficiency in ERP software, particularly SAP / Ariba
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of construction industry practices and legislation
  • Demonstrated experience at a project level in equivalent industry
  • Strong analytical skills to problem solve and provide innovation
