Lead a Team to Success
As a Practice Manager, you will drive the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets. You will oversee patient scheduling and ensure compliance with clinical and workplace health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive team performance to meet targets and improve productivity
- Manage patient and staff scheduling
- Ensure centre compliance with clinical and WHS standards
- Provide administrative leadership and resolve non-clinical complaints
- Prepare business performance reports and facilitate IT system use
- Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement and culture within the centre
Requirements
- Strong people leadership capability
- Proven experience in administrative management
- Experience in leading cultural change initiatives
- Strong understanding of quality management and process improvement methodology
- Excellent coaching skills and ability to develop potential in employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
