Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced technical professional to assume a key role within our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of audio, lighting, and video systems for live events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mixing and managing high-quality audio using top-tier equipment from L-Acoustics, AVID, DiGiCo, Shure, and more.
  • Programming and operating sophisticated lighting setups using premium brands like Robe, Martin, GLP, Ayrton, and GrandMA.
  • Leading live video productions using world-class gear like ROE, Brompton, Barco, and Disguise, managing LED and vision systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven end-to-end experience in the live event industry with a strong focus on project delivery.
  • Experience leading crews and mentoring team members to achieve optimal results.
  • A collaborative approach with a customer-first mindset.
  • A commitment to safety protocols and WHS practices.
  • Qualifications in Live Production or equivalent experience (a significant advantage).
