This role involves collaborating with professionals in property, finance and business sectors to help students acquire essential skills and knowledge.
Job Overview- The trainer will deliver training across NSW, balancing direct student interaction and supporting the College Principal to enhance training systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical industry-relevant real estate training.
- Ensure courses meet national standards and industry needs.
- Support students with guidance and assessment feedback.
- Collaborate with the College Principal to review and improve training systems.
- Maintain compliance with WHS and EEO legislation.
To succeed in this role you will need to hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or be willing to obtain it. A Real Estate Licence or relevant qualifications are also required.
Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have expertise in property, finance or real estate industries along with a background in real estate and/or real estate training.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Include:
- Leadership and teamwork skills in a training environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
