We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment services for real estate qualifications. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industry standards and the ability to develop and update training materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver training and assessment services for real estate qualifications, ensuring learners receive comprehensive knowledge and skills.
- Develop and update training materials to align with current industry standards, including course content and assessments.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners, promoting continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Engage with industry partners to ensure course content remains current, aligned with industry needs and expectations.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in real estate, including delivering training and assessment services.
- Strong understanding of ASQA compliance and AQF regulations, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
