Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to work in a dynamic environment. As a Relief Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our clients' properties, ensuring that all necessary protocols are followed, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Safety and Security
    • Monitor and respond to security alarms and incidents
    • Ensure that all security protocols are followed, including access control and surveillance systems
    • Provide support to clients during emergency situations
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
    • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns
    • Communicate effectively and provide timely updates on security matters
    • Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Current and applicable Security license Cert II (as per state regulation)
    • Current First aid Certificate
    • Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Permanent resident
  • Skills and Experience
    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a security environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
