Systematic Portfolio Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our systematic investment team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing internally managed systematic portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of investment strategies and oversee their implementation.
- Lead research projects to enhance existing systematic portfolios or develop new ones.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the systematic investment team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in institutional asset management with a focus on systematic investing.
- A strong background in quantitative analysis, including the ability to build and apply large data sets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the Python data science ecosystem.
