Job Title: Business Analyst - Healthcare Domain Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare domain to lead our organization's strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in clinical electronic information systems, data extraction and reporting, and business data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in EHR/EMR systems and healthcare interoperability standards to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Analyze complex business data, provide actionable reports, and collaborate with clinical intelligence and IT teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, including Epic EHR, to identify key insights and trends.
  • Presentation of business analyses to non-analytical audiences through clear and compelling visualizations.
  • Contribute to departmental goals and objectives alignment with organization's strategic direction by developing and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, NextGen, etc.) and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, etc.).
  • Experience with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, etc.) and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
