Beaumont Tiles: A Career in Sales and Customer Service

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers. Your role will involve developing trusted relationships with customers, providing expert advice and a consultative approach to service.

Key responsibilities include generating sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving team sales targets. You will also be responsible for processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting follow-ups with customers, and maintaining the overall look of the store.

In addition to your sales and customer service skills, you will also be required to assist with various warehouse duties, such as customer pick-ups and receiving deliveries. You will also be expected to provide expertise and advice to trade customers and builders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
  • Merchandising experience
  • Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem solving
  • Good rapport building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology savvy and administrative skills
  • Physically able for the loading and unloading of heavy products (up to 20kgs)
