Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced and capable legal professional to join our team, providing key support for all TikTok's innovative initiatives, state-of-the-art products, and integrated platforms servicing our global video market. As a member of our full-service team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters, including supporting creative and partnership teams, managing projects to promote a scaled approach, and developing new documentation, workflows, and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Support TikTok's business, commercial, and corporate affairs teams across the region, collaborating closely with our global cross-functional teams.
  • Work with internal stakeholders at a global, regional, and local level, setting and implementing strategy from a legal perspective.
  • Manage a wide variety of projects to promote a scaled approach in assisting the business to meet its objectives.
  • Develop and implement legal processes and self-serve resources to assist the business in scaling at pace.
Requirements
  • Qualified into the commercial, media & technology or advertising division of a leading private practice law firm.
  • Strong commercial acumen across a range of digital advertising matters, and be comfortable taking commercial decisions and working closely with senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiating and drafting skills, being comfortable taking the lead in negotiations, such as sponsorships, production, and creator engagement opportunities.
  • Fluent English skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of supporting digital platforms.
  • Experience of working in highly matrixed organisations and in an international business.
