Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Dean & Ling Executive. As a key member of our legal function, you will play a critical role in providing strategic and commercially focused legal support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide data privacy and general commercial advice to support our clients' transformation and modernisation.
  • Support a culture of integrity and compliance by partnering with our clients to provide commercially focused legal solutions and advice.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and solve complex legal problems in a simple and practical manner.

Requirements:

  • Seven plus years' experience in a top-tier or boutique environment and in-house, with strong knowledge of data privacy laws.
  • Demonstrable experience building strong stakeholder relationships and solving complex legal problems.
  • Experience with IT/IP and Competition and Consumer Act is an advantage.
