About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong track record of success in the design and engineering of Civil Infrastructure projects.

Your expertise in bid management, commercial understanding, and stakeholder engagement will be essential in leading our pursuits and developing successful bid strategies.

  • Familiarity with Highways, Structures, Ports and Airports etc., would be an advantage;
  • Established relationships with clients in both the Government and Contractor sector;
  • A growth mindset and passion for developing and growing our business;
  • Experience and knowledge of the bid life cycle;
  • Demonstrated experience of managing and delivering successful bids;
  • A strong commercial understanding of project delivery to inform tender pricing;
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with both internal and external stakeholders together with strong presentation skills;
