We are seeking a seasoned employment lawyer to join our team as the Director of Workplace Relations.
- Provide expert legal advice on complex and sensitive employment matters across various jurisdictions.
- Design and deliver training programs on employment law topics to stakeholders in the business.
- Support business development by advising on labor and employment issues in corporate transactions.
- Monitor and interpret developments in employment law globally, identifying relevant risks and opportunities.
- Lead workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct.
- Law degree or JD equivalent with entitlement to provide legal advice in-house.
- 7+ years of progressive employment law experience in private practice or corporate law environment.
- Experience managing labor and employment litigation and pre-litigation matters.
- Strong internal investigation experience, including conducting privileged investigations.
- Proven ability to counsel business leaders successfully.
