Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Men's Coach to lead our teams to success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop engaging training sessions and game strategies, utilizing knowledge of AFL game strategy
- Mentor and guide players to achieve their best, leveraging strong communication skills
- Manage team logistics, ensuring a positive culture and effective management of resources
- Senior coaching experience or relevant playing background with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of AFL game strategy and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Blue Card or ability to obtain
- AFL coaching accreditation (Level 1 or higher) for enhanced career opportunities
- Experience in sports management and leadership roles
